PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost by enhancing rigidity of a support structure to support a foot placing member, eliminating influence exerted on an external appearance quality by a shrink of a projecting forming part, and simplifying a part such as a grommet of a wire harness pulling-in opening from an eleatrical equipment housing chamber. SOLUTION: A rear leg shield 14 is fastened to and installed in plural places T1 and T2 of a sub-frame 26d extendedly arranged from a frame main tube 26b of a car body frame 26 by a screw 30 or the like through a bracket 28. A projection 32 projecting in a columnar shape toward the sub-frame 26d is arranged in an intermediate part of the fastening installing place T1 of an under surface part of the shield 14, and the projection 32 receives a load (such as bodily weight of an occupant) applied to the rear leg shield 14 by coming into contact with an upper surface part of the sub-frame 26d. The projection 32 has a small clearanceδbetween it and the sub-frame 26d at no-load time when a load of the rear leg shield 14 is not applied.
