PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the pressure difference of a fuel cell and a pressure vessel without using any special device and equipment. SOLUTION: This facility is formed so that the anode exhaust gas GEA and cathode exhaust gas GEC of a fuel cell 3 stored in a pressure vessel 4 are supplied to the combustion chamber 1b of a reformer 1, and a combustible component contained in the anode exhaust gas GEA is burned with the heat of the cathode exhaust gas GEC for reforming fuel gas GF. In this case, a gas blow hole is formed on the part of a mixed gas circulation pipe 43 for feeding cathode gas GC to the cathode 3b of the fuel cell 3, at a position within the pressure vessel 4, so as to blow the cathode gas GC as pressure difference control gas GG to the pressure vessel 4. |
