Then, a cam 2 having an inner wall with a size described below in a second process. Namely, the dia. of the inner wall is not even in the circumferential direction, the inner wall has a maximum dia. Thereafter, The cam 2 is made to pass through the region other than the cam mounting region C of the shaft 1 without resistance, and then it is force inserted in the region C having the swelling the dia. D' to thereby form a shape so that close contact without looseness is attained between the inner wall of the cam forming the minimum dia.
