<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the height of a motor-driven reclining bed so as to be easily installed in a general house by raising a reclining backrest frame strucdture through a link arm by elongation movement of a motor-driven actuator. SOLUTION: A main frame structure 18 is so constructed that a leg plate 20 is fixed to the lower surface of one end part of a top plate 19 and side plates 21 are fixed to both side edge parts to be formed like a box as a whole. A transmission shaft 23 is supported on the other end part of the main frame structure 18, and one end part of a reclining backrest frame structure 24 is fixed to the transmission shaft 23. The reclining backrest frame structure 24 is so constructed that a lef plate 20a is fixed to the lower surface of the other end part of the top plate 19a, and side plates 21 are fixed to both side edge parts to be formed like a box as a whole. The base end part of a link arm 25 is fixed to the transmission shaft 23, and a motor-driven actuator 9 is extended between the forward end part of the link arm 25 and the inside surface of the leg plate 20 for forming the main frame structure 18. By elongating the motor-driven actuator 9, the backrest frame structure 24 is raised through the link arm 25.</p> |
