PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a laminated sheet-shaped thermoplastic resin, which has a favorable adhesive strength and a small shrinkage factor, a laminated sheet-shaped thermoplastic resin, and a thermoformed product of the resin. SOLUTION: This method of manufacturing a laminated sheet-shaped thermoplastic resin comprises overlapping a first sheet-shaped thermoplastic resin 25 on an endless belt 18 heated to move the first sheet-shaped thermoplastic resin 25 with the belt 18, overlapping and laminating a second sheet-shaped thermoplastic resin 26 on the first sheet-shaped thermoplastic resin 25 resting on the belt 18, and causing the belt 18 and a second roll 13 to press therebetween the first sheet-shaped thermoplastic resin 25 and the second sheet- shaped thermoplastic resin 26 resting on the belt 18. Also, the second sheet- shaped thermoplastic resin 26 may be brought in contact with the second roll 13 to be overlapped and laminated on the first sheet-shaped thermoplastic resin 25 resting on the belt 18. A resulting laminated sheet-shaped thermoplastic resin 29 is subjected to thermoforming to provide a thermoformed product.
