PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a preventive and a curing agent for a cardiovascular system disease or deterioration of muscle force or capacity for locomotion, effectively acting to improving of body components, acceleration of fat decomposing and increase of IGF-I concentration in blood by using a specific human growth hormone as an active component. SOLUTION: This human growth hormone agent uses a natural type 20kDa human growth hormone obtained by culturing and purifying a recombinant Escherichia coli MT-10675 (FERM BP-5020). The natural type 20kDa human growth hormone especially has an amino acid sequence (length of sequence: 176, type of sequence: amino acid, topology: linear chain type, kind of sequence: protein). The agent is useful for an adult substitution therapy or a growth hormone deficiency patient of an adult. |
