摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a rail construction system capable of easily ranking for different outputs by a simple configuration having low induction. SOLUTION: Positive and negative connections respectively contain one grid shaped polar plate (such as 1.1), and phase connections (2.1 to 2.3) are constituted in rail shapes. A rail hole of grid shaped polar plate is formed to receive an output semiconductor module or an output semiconductor switch. Polar plates and rails are continuously stacked under intermediate coupling of insulation elements in the order of positive connections, negative connections, phase connections 2.1 to 2.3 or negative connections, positive connections and phase connections 2.1 to 2.3 and are assembled on beams (4). By doing this, the rail of the polar plate is extended and the rail construction system can be ranked by a simple output method by increasing the number, of rail holes of the grid-shaped polar plates.
