Semi-finished constructional element for panelling surfaces, comprising a sheet of glass with a layer of composite mortar (I) on one side, consisting of (a) a finely divided neutral aggregate and (b) cement mixed with an aqueous dispersion of (c) a polyacrylic acid derivative. Component (c) has a logarithmic decrement (determined as described in DIN 53445) with a maximum at a temperature below 0 degrees C, and the mortar is hardened on the glass with a deficiency of hydration water. |
