PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the secrecy management device of an electronic document capable of performing access right control even when a file system is on the any electronic document. SOLUTION: This device is composed of an access right list imparting means 1 for imparting an access right list for which an authentication system name, a user name and an access right are set to the electronic document, an access authentication means 6 for inquiring an authentication system 5 specified by a user about the user in opening the electronic document and an access right recognition means 7 for recognizing the access right of the authenticated user from the access right list. When opening the electronic document, the authentication of the user is performed in the authentication system 5 specified by the user, the access right of the authenticated user is recognized in the access right list and a display/editing means 8 opens the electronic document by the access right. Thus, even when the electronic document made confidential in respective systems is transferred to the other system, since the access right is also transferred together, secrecy is preserved. |
