PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To alarm-display a quality record whose preparation is delayed, to accelerate the preparation of the quality record and to prevent the registration omission of a necessary quality record in preparing a quality record management table for a new project. SOLUTION: When preparing the quality record management table 2 for a specified project and performing registration, a registration processing part 3 refers to a standard quality record table 1 and checks whether or not the quality records data-inputted from an input device 6 cover the necessary quality records. An updating processing part 4 reads the quality record management table 2 so as to perform retrieval or to perform updating, then extracts the one whose prepration time limit has come and preparation is not completed for the respective quality records at all times and alarm-displays it on a display device 5. |
