PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly perform decoding without a PLL by making an audio data amount take the intermediate value of the upper and lower limits of an audio buffer amount corresponding to the audio butter amount outputted from an audio buffer amount measuring device for MPEG system bit strings inputted from a disk. SOLUTION: Separated autio bit strings are inputted to a system audio buffer 210 and extracted audio/video system standard clocks SCR are inputted to the system audio butter 210. Also, video bit strings are inputted to a system video buffer 220 and the extracted audio/video SCR are inputted to a butter input/output controller 230. At the time, the MPEG system bit strings inputted from the disk are controlled so as to provide the audio data amount with the intermediate value of the upper limit and lower limit of the audio buffer amount through a data input controller 240 corresponding to the audio butter amount outputted from the audio butter amount measuring device of the controller 230. |
