PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for removing foreign matters in laver raw algae, capable of largely improving the recovery yield of the raw algae. SOLUTION: Raw alga-mixed water is allowed to flow in the first waterways 11A, 11B and simultaneously monitored with cameras 40A, 40B. When foreign matters are not detected, the mixed water is allowed to flow on an inclined plate 21 through the first variable waterways 13A, 13B and subsequently recovered into the second tank. When the foreign matters are detected, the first variable waterways 13A, 13B are downward rotated to drop the mixed water into the first measure, once recovered into the third tank, diluted and subsequently allowed to flow in the second waterway 12. When foreign matters are detected in the mixed water flowing in the second waterway 12, the second variable waterway 14 is downward rotated, and the mixed water is dropped in the second measure and subsequently disposed. Thus, the first foreign matter detection is performed in the first waterways 11A, 11B, and the second foreign matter detection is subsequently performed in the second waterway 12, thereby largely improving the recovery yield of the raw algae. |
