PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supplement the difference of inter-terminal image processing capacity between terminals by providing an image processing terminal control part controlling and managing an input/output part, an image information storage part, an image processing part, an image processing decision part and a communication part. SOLUTION: An input/output part 10 is composed of an input means and an output means and an image information storage part 11 stores image information. An image processing part 12 performs an image processing and an image processing decision part 13 decides hot the image processing is performed. A communication part 14 is a means transmitting information and an image processing terminal control part 15 controls and manages each of these parts. Further, the input/output part 16 of a communication terminal equipment to be a terminal which does not have an exclusive image processing function is composed of the input means and the output means, an image information storage part 17 stores image information, a communication part 18 is a means transmitting information, and a communication terminal control part 19 controls and manages each of these parts. |
