PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a columnar fried egg product having an albumen pattern comprising coagulated albumen at least at a part of its cut surface, even when the columnar egg fried product is vertically cut at any its part in the longitudinal direction, and to provide a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: This columnar fried egg product has a spiral multi-layered structure on its longitudinally and vertically cut surface, and further has at least partially belt-like coagulated albumen layers 3 in the longitudinal direction. And, a method for producing the columnar fried egg product is carried out by a rolling method, wherein an albumen liquid 3 in addition to a whole egg liquid are flowed into an egg-frying pan at least partially in a lateral belt-like shape. |
