摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a rectilinear moving mechanism to be easily joined to a device or another mechanism and improved in stability by a method wherein a piezoelectric element is pasted on the front surface and rear surface of a piezoelectric element pasting board which is conductive and high in elasticity, and a protrusion with openings at both its lateral ends in a longer direction is provided. SOLUTION: An electrode is provided on both the front and rear surface of a thin plate-like piezoelectric material, and the piezoelectric material is polarized and pasted on a piezoelectric element pasting board 1 as wide as a gap between the tips of a projection 11 for the formation of a piezoelectric element 2, a vibrator 3 is covered with flame retardant butyl tape, a linking member 5 is composed of two members different from each other in thickness, and the two members are set equal in dimensions to a joint 52 which connects two strips 51 together. When an alternating voltage 20V is applied to the piezoelectric element 2 of a rectilinear moving mechanism composed of the vibrator 3 and the linking member 5, a resonance frequency reaches 200 to 300Hz higher than conventional frequencies varying in accordance with the weight and size of a movement component 6 placed on a trough 7. Therefore, a rectilinear moving mechanism of this constitution can be lessened in length and height, easily joined, and improved in stability.
