SOLUTION: A blending method of a three-wave length phosphor 2 is performed in such a way that in a blue phosphor B2, a half width value is set to 25 to 40nm, and in a green phosphor G2, a particle diameter is set to 4.0 to 8.0μm, and the mixing ratio of the 20 blue phosphor B2, the green phosphor G2 and a red phosphor R1 is set to 29.2:42.0:28.8. Therefore, the brightness of a three-wave length fluorescent lamp 1 using this three-wave length phosphor 2 is improved almost 13%. in luminance and almost 4% in a light flux, and a bright three-wave length fluorescent lamp can be realized, and in addition, a blending quantity of the blue phosphor B2 most remarkable in luminance reduction is reduced, and a luminance maintenance factor is improved by almost 8%, and the service life can be lengthened.
