发明名称 ELECTRODE FOR LITHIUM SECONDARY BATTERY
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a lithium secondary battery having proper cycle stability and high energy density, by using an electrode containing carbon system material wherein boron is added to polyphenylene composed by a kovacic method and baked. SOLUTION: A metallic boron of 0.1-10 (1 in this example)wt.% is added to polyparaphenylene composed by method, to be mixed in a crucible, then to be baked at 500-1000 deg.C under a nitrogen atmosphere for one hour. A positive electrode 50 is manufactured by using positive electrode material wherein a resultant carbon system material of 0.8g, and also a resultant polyfluoroethylene binder of 0.2g are formed on a pellet. A positive electrode 50, a positive electrode collector 40, a porous separator 30 containing a PC liquid of 1 mole/1 of LiClO4 as an electrolyte, a negative electrode 70, and a negative electrode collector 60 are arranged in a positive electrode case 10 to be sealed by a negative electrode lid body 20. A resultant lithium secondary battery reduces the initial electrode charge loss of a carbon negative electrode, to improve cycle stability, to increase an energy density.
