<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the management of mailing lists used in the case of delivering the same electronic mail to plural members. SOLUTION: A mailing list management part 2 is provided with a mailing list management information storage part 4 for storing set-theory relation among the mailing lists and the attribute information of the respective mailing lists. Then, a means for deciding the member set of the mailing list to be newly prepared by the set operation of the member set belonging to the other mailing lists and an editing means for automatically reflecting member addition or elimination to/from a certain mailing list onto the member set of the other mailing lists by the set-theory relation among the mailing lists are provided.</p> |
