<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve adhesion of a metallic film on a polymer substrate by a method wherein a multilayer polymer mixture contains a thermoplastic resin and a filler, and the filler contains any one of a polyacrylene sulfide, an oxidized polyacrylene sulfide, a polyimide, an aromatic polyester, and a polyether. SOLUTION: For a plastic part having a metallic film, a molded product by a molding operation from a multilayer polymer mixture is metallized by vapor deposition or sputtering. The multilayer polymer mixture is composed of a mixture of a thermoplastic polymer having a melting point higher than 100 deg.C, and a filler. Further, as the filler, at least one filler of a polyarylene sulfide, an oxidized polyacrylene sulfide, a polyimide, an aromatic polyester, or a polyester ketone is used. Furthermore, the ratio of the filler is 1-99wt.% based on total weight of the polymer mixture, effectively 1-30wt.%, and especially effectively 1-20wt.%.</p> |
