PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure high sensitivity by using an unsatd. group-contg. compd. as a base material and adding a metallic arene compd. as a photopolymn. initiator and an aniline compd. to the base material. SOLUTION: A polymerizable unsatd. group-contg. compd. is used as a base material and at least a metallic arene compd. as a photopolymn. initiator and a sensitizer enhancing sensitivity to photopolymn. are added to the base material. The aniline compd. is especially 2,6-diisopropyl-N,N-dimethylaniline and/or 2,4,6,N,N-pentamethylaniline. As the result of examination of amine sensitizers, remarkable enhancement of sensitivity is confirmed by using the dimethylaniline and/or the pentamethylaniline though the reason is not clear.
