PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the same operability as the code input of simple substance and to simplify the input by providing a registration means combining the names corresponding to each code contained in selected code strings for the code strings, making a name of disease and registering the name. SOLUTION: A part retrieving the name of disease code 23 retrieves a code file for the name of disease 30 by imparted codes, reads the names corresponding to the codes and delivers the names to a control part 21. The control part 21 combines the read names in order from a code 43 to a code 46, makes a name, stores the name in a memory 19 and performs the window display of the name in a input screen for the name of disease. Then, an operator selects a desired name by directly instructing the name on the screen by using a mouse device 28 or inputting the number imparted to the name from a keyboard 27. The control part 21 reads the instructed and selected name from the memory 19 and displays the name. |
