A long term storage device 108 successively stores the cooking data lately provided to the user and the output of the instruction input device and analyzes the transition of the intention of the user. A user interest calculation device 104 estimates the interest of the user from the output of the long term storage device and the output of the user intention calculation device. A data evaluation device 105 evaluates the degree of the interest of the user to the information of all the cooking from the output of the user interest calculation device and the output of the cooking information storage device, a data working device 106 produces image information to be provided to the user from the output of the data evaluation device, an image information output device 107 presents it to the user and a short term storage device 109 stores the output of the data working device and outputs it to the user intention calculation device or the like.
