PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust emission control device to reduce and eliminate NOx by particulate matters and to collect particulates by a fiber filter by arranging the particulate matters having reduction work of NOx on the outside of the fiber filter. SOLUTION: An exhaust emission control device is constituted of nonwoven fabric with fiber filters 5 to collect particulates contained in exhaust gas laminated at random in it, and wire gauzes 9 are arranged inside the fiber filters 5. Particulate matters 7, 8 constituted of Ba2 In2 O5 , Ba3 Y4 O5 or BaLa2 O5 having deoxidation work of NOx are filled in a large number of cells 11 of a porous member 2 arranged in the downstream of the fiber filters 5. |
