PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to easily adhere a retroreflecting film on a clothing by temporarily laminating the retroreflecting film cut in a suitable design on a pattern sheet-like transfer sheet with repeelable adhesive, superposing the transfer sheet on the clothing, heating to press it by an iron to laminate the film on the clothing, and then releasing the transfer sheet. SOLUTION: A retroreflecting film 3 is obtained by integrally adhering fine glass beads to the front surface side of a thin plastic film, and a thermally active adhesive A is provided at the cloth side of the film 3. A protective sheet 5 is temporarily adhered onto the front surface side of the film by adhesive B of acrylic resin to protect the reflecting surface.
