<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric wire section capable of being manufactured at an extremely low cost and having excellent dielectric properties. SOLUTION: The wire section of a gas-insulated electric wire retains at least one current conductor 4 introducing high voltage and a pressure tube 3 and at least one current conductor 4 on insulating supporters 2 and being filled with an insulating gas. The pressure tube 2 consists of a thermoplastic material. The pressure tube 3 comprises at least two tube sections 6, 7, in which the end face sides are welded mutually, and the tube sections 6, 7 are expanded in a trumpet shape each in the radial direction on the mutually opposed end face sides.</p> |
