PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a dispersion excellent in dispersion stability and useful as a material for recording sheets having resin surfaces capable of being processed into surfaces enabling to rewrite thereon by adding a specific resin to an inorganic filler in an organic solvent. SOLUTION: This inorganic filler dispersion in an organic solvent is obtained by adding (C) 0.01-10 pts.wt. of a solvent resin to (B) 1 pt.wt. of an inorganic filler in (A) an organic solvent (e.g. methylethylketone) and subsequently dispersing the inorganic filler in the solvent. The component C is preferably a cellulose resin or a cellulose ester resin, such as a acrylate ester resin, having OH groups and a mol.wt. of <=5,000. The component B is preferably e.g. kaolinite. |
