The control valve comprises a housing in which a pump aperture and by-pass aperture, and a spool hole are formed. The spool is slidable in the spool hole. The valve also has a connector which may be guided in an end section of the housing, and which forms a flow path together with the pump aperture and the spool hole. An aperture part is fed into an inlet hole of the connector, in order to provide an opening which lies in-between in the flow path. A pressure chamber is formed at the other end section of the housing, and is determined by the spool hole and the spool. A pilot line is provided for feeding pressure oil in the downstream side of the opening of the pressure chamber.
