There are multiple power supply pins (16-19) for feeding the supply voltage to the input circuit (11) and other circuits (12,13), with the same supply voltage applied to the pins. The input circuit power supply lines (20,22) for the supply of at least part of the input circuit, and the general supply lines for the further circuits are mutually separated. All the power supply lines are coupled to different power supply pins. Preferably the input circuit contains a circuit coupled to input circuit power supply lines, and another circuits coupled to general power supply lines.
