Portable cushion for neck support

The cushion (1,11) is shaped to support the user's neck and is fitted with a ballast weight (2,12) linked to the cushion by flexible straps or sections (3,13). The cushion is placed over the back of the seat or over the shoulders of the occupant. The ballast can be a single bag, or several bags, filled with sand or any other suitable ballast. The ballast bags can also have pockets to hold small items. The ballast weights can be looped over each shoulder or over the back of the seat.
