The servo hydraulic control system has a variable displacement axial piston motor that is closed loop controlled with angle of swash plate and speed feedback. The control action in the forward path is provided by three components that can be PID values that are continuously stored 131,132,133 and are added to provide a command Yk. The summed output is modified by an added constant 135. The range of control is limited in that a maximum rate of speed change does not exceed a maximum.
