The building frame comprises a keystone from which several flying buttresses, regularly and angularly spaced, are interposed between it and the ground foundation. Each flying buttress (5) is associated with a portico (1) constituted by a vertical post (2) and a horizontal beam (3). Boarding fixed on sliding facade parts provides facing for the space between two successive posts. A circular bearing track support (9) enables rotation of the movable parts of the cover (10). A floor is encastre at the upper level to constitute a mezzanine (12).
