Closure arrangement for holes formed in electrical cable, telephone cable or optical fibre junction boxes

The arrangement includes hole covers which fit between the two complementary halves of the junction box. The hole covers are composed of discs (4) that fit inside retaining grooves formed in the semicircular openings in each half that form the holes when the halves are assembled. When the two halves are separated the disc is easily lifted out, or refitted if it has been removed. The discs are retained by two parallel ridges formed round the inside of the holes. The separation of the ridges corresponds to the thickness of the discs. The discs can be circular or elliptical in shape.
