The two vibration rings (2,3) are linked to the hub ring (1) by at least one rubber spring element. They are mutually rotatable, as well as wrt. the hub ring. The rotation of at least one vibration ring is limited to a certain angle by at least one stop of the vibration ring and a counter stop. The vibration rings comprise a different resonance frequency. The spring element (4,5) is pressed between the hub ring and the vibration rings. Pref. the spring element is held in position by an additional adhesive.
