PURPOSE:To provide the title film capable of readily pulling out in eating the title rice ball and of retaining the rice and laver, containing a clathrate compound prepared by including an edible fatty oil component with a cyclodextrin. CONSTITUTION:The objective film containing a clathrate compound prepared by including (A) an edible fatty oil component with (B) a cyclodextrin (pref. alpha- or beta-cyclodextrin). Preferably, the amount of the component A to be used is such as to be >=5wt.% based on 100wt.% of said resin film. |
