PURPOSE:To prepare a three-dimensional structure having coarse meshes sufficiently developing the modulus of elasticity of yarn by arranging reticulated nonwoven fabrics each constituting relatively coarse meshes by crossing yarns having the specific modulus of stretch at a right angle or obliquely in a layered form and connecting the respective layers by bent reticulated nonwoven fabrics. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of nonwoven fabrics each having a reticulated structure, whose mesh interval is 2mm or more, obtained by arranging yarns 1, 2 or 4, 4' having the modulus of stretch of 1,000kg/mm<2> or more so as to hold linearity are arranged so that the flat surfaces thereof are held in parallel and connected by nonwoven fabrics having a reticulated structure or yarn bent in a wavy form, a chevron shape or a horizontal U-shape. For example, planar laminated nonwoven fabrics A0, A1..., An are arranged in parallel and laminated nonwoven fabrics B0, B1... respectively bent in a wavy form are arranged between respective nonwoven fabric layers to connect the contact points C thereof. A connection method may be an adhesive method or a method for connecting the nonwoven fabrics by other yarns. |
