PURPOSE:To obtain a corn paste producing no waste, rich in fibrous substance, useful as a base for soup and sauce etc., a raw material for snacks, biscuits etc., by heating a stem-carrying sweet corn followed by grinding. CONSTITUTION:Pref. 10-20wt.% of sweet corn grains is added to stem-carrying sweet corn followed by heating and grinding the resultant product, thus obtaining the objective paste. |
