PURPOSE:To use a fluidized bed catalyst prepared by heat-treating a solution or slurry containing respective component raw materials of Mo and Fe, adding P, B, Li, Bi, Ni, etc., and calcining the resultant mixture in obtaining acrylonitrile by catalytic ammoxidation of propylene in the vapor phase. CONSTITUTION:Propylene is subjected to catalytic ammoxidation in the vapor phase using a fluidized bed. In the process, a catalyst having a composition expressed by the formula (Q is P and/or B; R is Li, Na, K, Rb or Cs; q is 0-3; r is 0.01-1.5; a is 0.1-3; b is 0.1-2.5; c is 4-8; e is 20-150) is used to carry out reaction at 400-480 deg.C and afford acrylonitrile. The catalyst is prepared by initially mixing a solution or slurry at pH <=5 containing component raw materials of Mo and Fe, heat-treating the solution or slurry at 50-120 deg.C for >=10min, adding components other than the Mo and Fe before, after or in the heat treatment, spray-drying the obtained mixture to prepare spherical particles and calcining the resultant spherical particles. |
