<p>The Eptaloprost and Cicaprost (or their salts and clathrates) may be co-administered with a thromboxane receptor (TXA2) antagonist. The daily dose is typically 1-50 (pref. 12.5) micro-g i.v. and 125-350 micro-g orally for the Cicaprost and Eptaloprost or their derivs.. The daily dose of TXA2 antagonist is 100-3000 (200-1200) mg for 4-(2-(benzenesulphonamido)- ethyl)-phenoxy acetic acid (BM 13 177). The daily dose is 1-150 (2-100) mg for (1-alpha(Z)2-beta,5-alpha-(+)-(7)-((5-((1,1-biphenyl)-4-yl)methoxy)2-(4-morpholinyl) -3-oxocyclopentyl)-4-heptanoic acid (AH 23 848), or (1-beta,2-alpha(5Z)-3-alpha,4-beta) 7-((2-(phenylamino)carbonyl) hydrazino)methyl)-7-oxabicyclo (2.2.1)-hept-2-yl)-5-heptenoic acid (SQ 29548).</p> |
