PURPOSE:To improve productivity by providing a flange part projected with a roll-over ring at the top end, in being capable of coming in and out toward a tire molding drum, on an outer case flange unit, and shifting the flange part and the roll-over ring at a predetermined rate, and besides, making them to keep the position thereof. CONSTITUTION:A block 44 is moved toward a molding drum 12 by means of a cylinder 48, thus, a stopper block 53 is moved by cylinder blocks 51a,51b after shifting a roll-over ring 46, and return of the block 44 is prevented thereby. And, the position of the roll-over ring at this time comes to be in an appropriate position, when a turnup bladder 20 is inserted, for pressing the head top part thereof. An outer case flange unit 25 including the roll over ring 46 is moved toward the molding drum 12 by an outer case cylinder. However, the roll over ring 46 never returns along through the repulsive force of the turnup bladder 20 by a stopper block 53, thereby strengthening a ply folding force, and molding a bead part firmly. |
