<p>The bearing comprises a housing (11) with shoes (13) oscillating relative to its inner peripheral surface. The bearing has a fixed lobe (12) covering a portion of the surface and oscillating shoes at either end of it. The two shoes are separated by a distance equivalent to the length of a shoe's arc, with each shoe covering an angle of about 60 degrees, and the fixed lobe an angle of about 115 degrees. Each of the shoes interacts at one end with a stop and at the other with a lubricating nozzle (19'). Between each shoe and the inner surface of the housing, there is a ball joint made from a spherical segment (21) on the inner surface of the housing, engaging with a corresponding spherical depression on the back of the shoe.</p> |
