<p>PURPOSE:To enable proper water absorption and damp-proofing to perishable foods, and to retard the lowering of freshness by interposing a particulate freshness preservative between a water absorbing layer and a water vapor barrier in a sheet to a sandwich shape. CONSTITUTION:Backing paper 1a on which a thermowelding film 1b is laminated is incorporated into a partial preheater device 10, and joined with the outer circumferential surface of a heating roller 20, and melting sections 7a and non- melting sections 7b are generated. A freshness preservative 3 adheres on the melting sections 7a during a time when the backing paper 1a is passed in a box 25 filled with the particulate freshness preservative 3. The non-melting sections 7b are melted and changed into a novel melting section 7c during a time when the backing paper 1a delivered from a bonder 11 as the box 25 is passed on a heater 12, and the backing paper is incorporated into a contact bonder 13 together with a cover 2a and contact-bonded. A gas adsorbent such as ethylene, an anti-fungus agent, a deodorant, etc., are used as the freshness preservative.</p> |
