PURPOSE:To perform accurate conversion and to also enhance setting accuracy, by setting the numerical value data relating to an input frequency value and the data of the output value having functional relation thereto to automatically operate an input/output ratio. CONSTITUTION:For example, when an output display value is desired to be displayed as BHz when an input frequency value is AHz, A is set to and stored in the input value memory part 9I of an internal backup memory 9 and B is set to and stored in the memory part 9D of the output display value. When the input value and the output display value are set, these values are read from the memory parts 9I, 9D and the ratio of both of them is operated by a ratio operation circuit 10. The calculated ratio value is stored in a register 11 and supplied to a display operation part 12. The input frequency signal from an input terminal 13 is supplied to a frequency measuring circuit 14 and the frequency thereof is calculated. The calculated frequency data is supplied to the operation part 12 and multiplied by the ratio value from the register 11 to be altered to the display value corresponding to the input/output ratio and said display value is displayed on a display device 2 through a display control circuit 3. |
