PURPOSE:To establish inter-station frame synchronization even when base stations are not in direct sighting by controlling the delay of a delay adjustment buffer based on the result of detection of a received timing of an incoming line from a mobile station during transmission in the timing communicating other base station and on the received timing of timing information from an exchange station. CONSTITUTION:An exchange 1 uses a timing information transfer means 1a to add common timing information or to transfer it in parallel to plural lines. A base station 11 uses a delay adjustment control means 40 to adjust the delay in delay adjustment buffers 31, 32 in the base station 11 based on the result of detection of the received timing of an incoming signal from a mobile station 22 during transmission in the timing communicated with the other base station 12 and on the received timing of timing information from the exchange 1, thereby establishing the inter-station synchronization. Thus, the inter-station frame synchronization is established even when base stations are not located in direct sighting.
