PURPOSE:To perform repair work economically and in a short time, by reciprocating the pigs for primary and secondary lining and by performing the primary and secondary lining with the resin arranged between these pigs. CONSTITUTION:Primary and secondary lining pigs 2 and 3 are arranged in an underground conduit line at specified intervals movably in the direction of a pipe length through tracting lanyards 14 and 15. Between these pigs 2 and 3 lining resin C is arranged. A switchable air vent 4 ia provided to the primary lining pig 3. The primary and secondary lining pigs 2 and 3 are reciprocated with tracting lanyards 14 and 15, in synchronization with which the primary and secondary lining is reciprocatively performed continuously by switching the air vent 4.
