<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food container which is excellent in water holding prop erty, and can present a dry feeling by a method wherein a nonwoven fabric with a specified physical property forms at least the internal layer of the con tainer, and a weight ratio between a thermoplastic resin sheet and the synthetic fiber nonwoven fabric which are laminated and bonded, is specified. SOLUTION: For this container, a thermoplastic resin sheet and a hydrophobic long fiber nonwoven fabric of which the average apparent specific gravity is 0.01-0.40g/cm<3> , of which 20% intermediate stress at a temperature of 120 deg.C is 5kg/cm or less, are laminated and bonded, and integrally formed. In addition, the nonwoven fabric forms the internal layer of the container, and the weight ratio between the thermoplastic resin sheet and the synthetic fiber nonwoven fabric is 1:0.01-0.4. By this method, the internal layer of the food container is covered with the hydrophobic long fiber nonwoven fabric, and even when a hot food is packaged, moisture condensation generated in the container is held in the bulkiness of the nonwoven fabric and a gap between the nonwoven fabric and the resin sheet, and water drops are prevented from dropping on the surface of the food, and the container is excellent in water holding property, and presents a dry feeling.</p> |
