摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce viscosity, to enhance execution properties and to improve economical efficiency by kneading cement, fine aggregate, a limestone fine powder, water and a high capacity AE water reducing agent and mixing glass fibers of the resulting mixture to prepare highly flowable mortar and casting this mortar into a molding form to demold the same before coagulation. SOLUTION: Cement, fine aggregate, a limestone fine powder, water and a high capacity AE water reducing agent are mixed for about 1-2min by a mixer to form mortar. Glass fibers are mixed with this mortar after kneading to obtain glass fiber reinforced cement(GRC). If excessive kneading is performed after glass fibers are mixed, there is possibility of involving a large amt. of air and, therefore, the kneading after glass fibers are mixed is made as short as possible to be set to 30sec-1min. Since the kneaded GRC is equipped with self-filling properties and material separation reducing properties, the GRC may be only poured into a form and compaction is not almost required. This cured GRC can be used as a casting form for a pillar, a beam or a slab.
