PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely decrease an influence given to control of a fluid pressure cylinder by a cross acceleration detection value not caused by turning of a vehicle, longitudinal acceleration value not caused by acceleration of the vehicle, etc. SOLUTION: A controller 30 generating command currents IFL to IRR output to be based on a cross acceleration detection value Gy is provided with a straight running judging part 54 detecting a straight running condition of a vehicle, right/left antiphase component calculation part 56 calculating a right/left antiphase componentϕr of front wheel unspringing side vibration, right/left antiphase calculation part 58 calculating a right/left antiphase componentϕf of rear wheel unspringing side vibration and a correction coefficient calculation part 60 calculating a correction coefficientαbased on a judging result of the straight running judging part 54 and the right/left antiphase componentsϕf,ϕr. In the correction coefficient calculation part 60, the correction coefficientαis set to '1' at turn running time, and to a value smaller than '1' at straight running time.
