PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aquiculture method for fish and shellfish with which the disease of fish and shellfish can be prevented without polluting a farm by improving the antimicrobial activity of cultivation water by decomposing residual feed or excrements generated in the cultivation pond of fish and shellfish through a biological operation into resources. SOLUTION: Concerning this aquiculture method for fish and shellfish, the group of microorganisms more than one or two kinds selected out of lactic acid bacterial, yeast, photosynthetic bacteria and actinomycetes or their metabolic products are supplied into a cultivation pond 1 for fish and shellfish. It is preferable to prepare microorganism mixed liquid for which molasses is added to this microorganism group or their metabolic products, to add the diluted liquid of this mixed liquid to the feed for fish and shellfish and to apply this feed to fish and shellfish. More preferably, a loading part loading a loading member composed of this microorganism group or their metabolic products and a carrier for in fine porous structure for providing the habitat of the microorganism group is provided outside the cultivation pond, cultivation water in this cultivation pond 1 is drained outside the cultivation pond, and water passed through this loading part 4 is returned to this cultivation pond 1. |
