PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a file which hardly leaves a fold in a document when it is accommodated and kept in a protecting condition, can be piled maintaining its horizontal state without fear about the possible collapse of the piles, further can be smoothly picked up even in a state of stacked files and provides protection for the internally stored documents with such advantages as an ease of handling and the prevention of the casual fall of the file or its damage while being carried. SOLUTION: This file is of such a structural design that the spot, neat the edge part of one of pieces 2 of the file, of a document is retained by a stud 3 arranged on the spot, and the other piece 5 is folded for the storage of the document. In the case, a pad piece 6 is integrally added to the edge part of the other piece 5, then a hole 6a for avoiding a contact with the stud 3 on the stop near the edge part of the one piece 2 is formed on the pad piece 6, and the document is bound with the stub 3. Finally, the pad piece 6 is folded inwardly and the other piece 2 is also folded inwardly. |
