PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost and to improve energy efficiency by setting driving time of a hydraulic pressure pump required for a supplement without requiring a pressure sensor without waste. SOLUTION: A leak quantity supplement control means to carry out supplement drive control of a hydraulic pressure pump 19 to supplement a hydraulic pressure part of an accumulator 24 leaked and dropped in a channel of a discharge side line 19b as the hydraulic pressure pump 19 is left in a driving stop state is furnished.
